Would you prefer not to provide your gender? That is no problem; this is not a mandatory field.

When can I view my test result?

Why do you ask for my date of birth and gender?

We ask for your date of birth and gender to personalize your results report. This ensures that—in the event of a positive test—you immediately receive an official report that you can easily share with a doctor.

If you prefer not to provide your actual gender, that is not a problem. This field is used solely to personalize the report.

I see the message “Sorry, no results found”. What does this mean?

Don’t worry. This usually means that your sample has not yet arrived or has not yet been processed by the laboratory.
As soon as your sample has been processed, your results will automatically become available. Please try again later.

Who can view my test result?

Only you have access to your results. No one else can access them.

You download the report yourself from this page using your unique barcode.

What should I do if my test is positive?

We understand that this can come as a bit of a shock. Fortunately, you don’t have to face it alone.

You can easily and discreetly order treatment through our partner, Ikwilvanmijnsoaaf.nl. Using your test result, you can immediately request the appropriate treatment there.

As a Mr. Stiff customer, you also receive a 10% discount on your treatment.

I am having trouble downloading my result. What can I do?
